I started this blog to share my travel and lifestyle experience with others and also share the lessons learned along the road.

I always enjoyed traveling. I’m originally from South Africa and the first time I went abroad was when I was 18 years old.

I went on a working holiday to the United Kingdom and ended my adventure abroad by traveling through France and Germany.

Since that first travel experience, I learned a lot about myself and the world around me.

One of the things that attract me to traveling is the uncertainty of getting on an airplane and not knowing what to expect.

In my travels around the world, I’ve had both good and bad experiences but I learned from them all.

I’ve traveled both as a young backpacker and also as a more experienced traveler with more financial resources which makes traveling more fun.

Since that very first travel experience I have lived in worked in several countries, started my first business, and sold it for 6 figures which gave me more time to do what I love most – travel the world.

In the online travel space, I noticed over the years that there are many travel blogs that focus on budget travel and backpacking around the world.

I did that at one point in my life but I was always someone who enjoyed traveling in comfort.

And with that in mind, I decided to share my experiences on this blog and share the best that world has to offer.
